You are probably experiencing what Psychologists call IMPOSTER SYNDROME.  According to the International Journal of Behavioural Sicnece (2013), this condition affects 70% of adults at some point in time of their lives.  Imposter Syndrome, also known as IMPOSTERISM is a condition that causes people to attribute their achievements to chance instead of acknowledging that their accomplishments are a result of the application of their abilities and talents.  Clance and Imes (1978) defined Imposterism as the inability to internalize accomplishments and persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud.  Imposterism is often characterized by anxiety, depression, fear of failure, perfectionism, self-doubt and stress.  Do you often feel any of these?
